Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items. One some items, we have Free Shipping over $50.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have an office in the beautiful country: India; Supply warehouses in: USA; High-Quality vendor contacts in: China

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Q. Can I Cancel or Change my order?

A. We allow up to 48 hours from the date your order is placed to cancel or make any changes to your order. Please understand that we are not responsible for any orders that fail to deliver due to wrong address input, and will not be able to cancel any orders after 48 hours your order has been placed.

 
Q. When/How do I get my tracking number for my order?

A. As stated above, it may take up to 5 business days from the date your order is placed to fully process and ship it out. Once shipped out, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. You may track your order at anytime through our order tracking page. If you have any issues with order tracking, please contact our support desk at support@trendspie.com

Q. I recieved my tracking  details but it doesn't show any movement, what should i do?

A. It is important to note that we ship all of our product from our warehouse overseas.Since the package is traveling overseas, it can take at least 2-3 weeks for tracking information to reflect an update once it has arrived at your destination country post office. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you've received tracking information and it still does not show an update, please notify us at support@trendspie.com and we will provide further assistance.

Q.What should I do if the tracking page shows my item was delivered but I never recived it?

A. We are so sorry for the trouble! We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced. If after checking and you were unable to recover your packages, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. Please contact us at support@trendspie.com if you need further assistance on this matter and we will provide the best solution that we can.

Often times we will be able to resend the package if it was returned to our warehouse due to an error on the mailing address. However if not, then we can offer to send a replacement at a discounted rate.

Q. I ordered multiple items but not all of them arrived at once, where is the rest of my order?

A. Depending on the weight of the items ordered, we may need to separate each item into its own individual package in order to remain compliant under the weight requirements by the shipping couriers.

If you order a quantity of 3 or more items, usually this will result in separate package delivery. We will provide you with additional tracking numbers for your order if necessary.
